Who We Are
From the outset in April of 1994, Ella’s vision was to fearlessly apply six core values to fulfilling a role in the construction industry. In holding true to those values, we have been fortunate to develop long term relationships based on mutual trust and respect with not only clients, but also the inspection authorities who govern our work. More importantly, these values define our relationships with our vendors and team members, on whom we depend on to honor the promises we make. Consistency in delivering on those promises has led to our being part of the forces involved in building such high-profile projects as the AT&T Center, the Toyota Motor Manufacturing Texas plant, the JW Marriott Hill Country Resort at the TPC, and multiple Microsoft Data Centers. Never resting on our laurels, we strive to improve every day.

An Attitude Rooted In Experience
At the age of 17, Ward witnessed a trench fatality and the senselessness of it took hold. There is absolutely nothing worth doing if it is not done safely. Planning the work is essential to any safety program, but it is when things change in the field that a culture of safety must be the inviolable standard. Every team member has the right to a safe work environment and to be equipped with PPE required by the task assigned them. To that end, every team member has the authority to stop the work without fear of retribution. Our formal pursuit of safety involves the following:
